Does anyone have any contacts with this group that controls the MLB Extra Innings Package that allows you to watch out of market games for an extra cost? It's a great service but their blackout policy could be improved and I'm looking for someone to discuss this with. Their website lacks any contact information.

I have it. I think it's good, the only exception is that if you live in boston, they will not show the sox games and vice versa. Other than that they show many games so it's fun to watch your pitcher pitch. Other times I wish i never ordered the damn package when he gives up 5 or 7.

Yeah, I have it too, but I don't understand why the Rangers game is blacked out in Houston, when it's not on any other channel.
