Re: SOLD OUT: $150 Draft Champions 4
I should warn those in this league that I will be 'that guy' this Saturday and next Sunday.
We're taking a long car trip and as those that know me already know, I don't own a cell phone.
I will pull over periodically and check for wi-fi though.
But, as anybody that has driven through Colorado/Utah/Nevada knows, there are long stretches without seeing man, beast... or wi-fi

don't be "that" guy. go to your local verizon/att/sprint kiosk in the local mall and ask for a "burner" phone. it will be worth it
Re: SOLD OUT: $150 Draft Champions 4
I avoid Malls. The last time I went to a mall was two years ago. Very little, baseball related, happens at a mall.NorCalAtlFan wrote:don't be "that" guy. go to your local verizon/att/sprint kiosk in the local mall and ask for a "burner" phone. it will be worth it
You know me, Bryan. By being 'that guy', it really means that I probably will be more than an hour, maybe two, instead of very quickly. I hate making drafters wait.
Plus, I have pick-one option, so I'm probably mountaining a mole hill, but still wanted to let you guys know.

Is that THE Gekko!?
Oh puhleese Greg! Let me out of this league!
If I'd have only known that Gekko was in this league, I'd have never entered! What a colossal waste of $150.
Gekko never loses!
Oh my, how could I have overlooked the obvious?
Puhleese, Mr Gekko, have mercy on my fantasy soul as we begin this contest that I have no chance of winning.
You are the King, the Master, the Lord of all Fantasy Baseball!
May the Fantasy Gods take mercy on my pitiful soul!
(This message was brought to you by the 'WHAT I LIKE TO HEAR' Foundation, funding provided by, of course, Gekko)

If living through this experience, I'd like to bet a bag of Doritos to your favorite beverage on who finishes higher in this league.
Payment received when we meet at a live draft.
