I for one cannot believe all the veterans who are dodging a golden opportunity to have their asses kicked by me in this league again. For a measly 1000 bucks, just look as this Dirty Dozen of DC regulars who are pussing out:

1-KJ Duke (must be running out of dog motif names for his teams  )
2-Dan Kenyon (still debating if cell service is a necessity in 2014  )
3-Josh Rasmusson (only because he's signed up for every DC so far, not because he's any good...as a matter of fact he sucks, so we'd love to have him join us
4-Kelly Uganski (thinks I draft good teams; nice boost for my fragile ego; should jump in :D )
5-Glenn Lowy (just won a boat load of money playing fantasy football, so I don't even want to hear any of his bullshit, whining excuses as per usual; he should just draft it, set it, and forget it, just like he's done every year. Has worked out great for the rest of us to date.
6-Jim Christie (lost a big side bet to me last year in this one; still smarting from the humiliation apparently  )
7-Jeff Tudor (loves drafting with me, so has no excuse)
8-Jeff Kent (not him, a different one...less of a dick; also loves drafting with me; will send autographed photo of me to both Jeff's if it helps put them over the top. 8-)
9-Bryan Vogel (my new best text friend; finally has gotten know just how awesome I am for real; he'll tell you...Go ahead Bry, tell them ;) )
10-Eric Albright (makes a nice spreadsheet suitable for framing)
11-Mike Lins (we need one more donation for this league to round out nicely and he fits the bill perfectly! :P )
12-Emory Upchurch (mostly M.I.A. all season so far; helps keep me grounded and in line in these...LMAO! Now that was funny!

Let's fill up this elite of all the DC's! Otherwise Max will continue to have to go to bed and rock himself to sleep sobbing in a fetal position every night. :P

Believe me my friend, I'm tempted. With as many as 7 potential rookies (and of course you :P ) in the league this year, I'd have to believe the "real" ROI for this league has never been better. Alas, that boat load of money you state I won in football this year has already been spent by my loving wife on new shoes and handbags and I'm already back to trying to swim with the whales on a guppy's budget.

Good luck this year to you, Max, and all the players in this great league, those who've played it before and those trying for the first time. Great league, great competition, great chat.

I think your 2012 winner was Ralph. I don't want to speak for him reference this league, but I did talk to him recently and he told me he was cutting way back (if not altogether) this coming season on the leagues that he is joining.

Max,

Looks like Tom's got a live one for you, but if that doesn't work out, me and my buddy Don Brady would be up for the last slot...

If you haven't signed up for this league on the site please do so as soon as possible. We want to get everyone registered and then we can start this up on the date/time you all agree on. Thanks. :)

Would the Monday Pitchers and Catchers Report be February 10th?

I'm okay with assigning Draft Order anytime.

Lets start the draft Monday, February 17th. Most teams Pitchers & Catchers report just a few days before, but I don't want to start the draft on a Wed or Friday.

Lets set the draft order soon, I say by the end of this week or next. Tom can you let us know when everybody is Registered Online and then give us a deadline to set our ADP? :D

Just to confirm - this league will be eligible for overall DC prizes, correct?

Also, is there still demand from KJ Duke and others for a $1K DC that drafts when it fills?

Do you guys want to start on Monday Feb. 10th or Monday Feb. 17th?
Pitcher & Catchers start reporting the 8th - the 15th depending on the team.
Also, I think we should set a ADP / DRAFT order Goal of Tuesday Jan. 14th.
Thoughts?

I'm flexible on the draft date. Put me down with whatever is the consensus opinion. My draft preferences are set, so January 14th works for me.
