And besides, if we sat down next to each other at the draft table, and one of us was confused for Liberace, I'm pretty sure you'd win that one 99.999999999% of the time.

Except for the pictures of the lovely lady the rest of this was pretty boring.

Come on Hog, I don't see your name in the 12 team Super. The punishment last year was enough? It's time to add some 12 team accomplishments to your hall of fame resumeQuahogs wrote:Joe taking in another one of KJ Duke's posts...![]()

Protect your boy, but you guys seem to be dodging the most popular format in all of fantasy baseball

Right now the big $'s in the 15's so that's where I'm stationed. The 12 is a whole other animal, I'll leave that to you and your mad skillz Joe

Really, Joe. THAT offended you? I was making you look good!!! Ohhhhh shit, I hope I didn't offend Lowy with the Pacino reference or Childs and Matt Damon.Money wrote:At this point in time, it fits. Actually KJ, I was offended!!! Not the Pacino part, but after all, you put me in a shower scene with Massotto and Fleming!!!!KJ Duke wrote:Ohhhhh shit, I hope I didn't offend Lowy with the Pacino reference or Childs and Matt Damon.

All kidding aside, Joe this thread was all in good fun. Don't take it so seriously. I enjoy following a good message board rivalry, but I'm not sure what's the genesis of yours and KJ's. I must have missed it somewhere. And though it makes for good copy, I think it's a bit misguided. You're both good guys and both provide a vital presence on these boards. If anything, just turn your angst towards Juprinka. That would make more sense at least. After all, he takes all our money.

KJ, Deadheadz, fun thread and a lot of laughs. Funny idea. I'll add just one more shot of my "should be" love interest co-star in this movie (if the casting director would just give a little bit of artistic license) and because Mr. Walla Walla rightfully felt she is the best part of this thread.

Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

Now that the casting for the NFBC TV shows is complete, we're going to need a soundtrack including theme songs for each personality...
I'll start it off with this one for Todd:
I met him in a club down in old Soho
Where you drink champagne and it tastes just like cherry-cola
See-oh-el-aye cola
He walked up to me and he asked me to dance
I asked him his name and in a dark brown voice he said Zola
Zee-oh-el-aye Zola za-za-za-za Zola
(Lyrics to Lola by The Kinks)

I'd personally prefer....
With a purposeful grimace and a terrible sound
He pulls the spitting draft board wires down
Helpless people in LV League 4
Scream, bug-eyed, as he looks in on them
He picks up a laptop and he throws it back down
As he wades through the tables looking for that mustachioed clown
Oh, no, STATS says he's got to go
Go go Todd Zola
Oh, no, there goes the Bellagio
Go go Todd Zola
