NEW YORK HOTEL BOOKING INFO

Post by BK METS » Tue Mar 11, 2014 2:43 pm

If you haven't booked a hotel for the drafts in New York City, I just booked through Priceline, under the choose your price option, for the New York Hilton, for $115 per night plus tax. I know it was a lot higher a few weeks ago, so I waited and got lucky.

Give it a shot if you haven't booked your room yet. See you there!

Correct.. I chose $115 and 4 stars or better and Midtown West (where Hilton is located) and it gave me the Hilton.

If you just book the Hilton directly thru Priceline its 179/night which is still $90 bucks less than the regular price I got through the hotel. The risk of name your price is you get a different hotel in the same area. Either way sounds like some good deals.

Thanks Alan for sharing

The key is, put in hotels rated at 4 stars or better. Worse case, you get another 4 star hotel nearby. Still a good deal.

Glen:

Use the same formula you apply to FAAB, seems to work mysteriously well
in both Football and Baseball. I'm confident you can get us all the best price.

Alan, thanks for sharing............. good stuff. I also was given the $179 rate.

Problem with the Hilton is if you choose to drive in and leave your car it is $60 ( Valet only )
so I haven't figured out yet what I'm doing.

Any truth to the rumor that the only way the Midtown Hilton would allow "Ice Cream Roy"
into the hotel was thru a cut rate discount establishment like Priceline? ;)
