Why was Harold Reynolds Fired?

Does anyone know? It seems like everything I read is no further comment was given by espn. I hope that he didn't do anything wrong, but unfortunately, I would think he did...I just don't see him being fired for no reason. A lot of times in cases like these, it's a legal matter. I really hope that this is not the case.

Thank you, Moneymaker. I heard sexual harassment also this morning on XM. Apparently Harold is saying it was a misinterpreted hug, but that seems like not enough to fire him. Your link says he has had multiple warnings.
