On Fire!
Anyone know exactly what type of performance will activate the "Fire" icon next to your player in Live Scoring? Yesterday, I had a couple of strange ones:
Nate Schierholtz - pinch hit single in the 7th, and finished 1 for 2 (no runs or RBI) -- ON FIRE!!!
Carlos Carrasco - 5.2 IP, 7 H, 5 R, 4 ER, 2 BB, 7 K, and a Loss -- ON FIRE!!!
If you see any performances by players that Live Scoring considers incendiary, please post them here.

Considering this performance and some others I've seen that warranted the "Fire" icon, perhaps it refers to any player you'd like to set on fire?King of Queens wrote:Anyone know exactly what type of performance will activate the "Fire" icon next to your player in Live Scoring? Re: On Fire!
Maybe it is simply more of a random program symbol to show that the live scoring software is overheating from trying to get the live standings and team stats correct. Sort of like the overheating symbol on a car dashboard.

Re: On Fire!
My team batting average is .185, supplemented with a striking absence of power and speed. As such, a 1-for-5 with nothing across performance shows up as "on fire".

It's called reading between the lines. Bryce Harper didn't get hurt yet. Does that mean he's on fire?
