Pirates/Reds suspended game/doubleheaders
Pirates/Reds suspended game/doubleheaders
I know the stats from the Pirates/Reds game from yesterday that was suspended, and just completed today, are not in our team stats/standings until the stats run tonight. But, will they not appear on the live scoring either? So the live scoring is going to be inaccurate all day for any team that had any of the Pirates/Reds hitters that went nuts, or the pitchers that got hammered? I know live scoring has had issues regarding doubleheaders in the past. Wasn't there a doubleheader last week? Did the live scoring deal with that? I don't remember.

I'm assuming live scoring will be pointless tonight.

Don't get why suspended game was not added in to today's stats just like unscheduled double headers were added in last week.

I thought so too but I'm only seeing stats for the second game under live scoringKJ Duke wrote:I thought that was one of the off-season fixes?Hells Satans wrote:I'm assuming live scoring will be pointless tonight.

Stats decided the stats just won't count. It was a weird game.

Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.
