Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

Yes they already have too many outfielders BUT few of them have produced like they hoped - Ackley is fine and Almonte is a very good CF and decent with the bat (better once he settles down) but RF is a wasteland offensively.Deadheadz wrote:According to CBS John Heyman they want to play him in the OF. So Yes they could be showcasing him .... they could also be lighting a match under Brad Miller who is off to a very slow start IF Franklin hits right away.

Pixked him up in my ME this week and was hoping when he got pulled it was for a trade. Oh well. Still better than nothing!
