I think that was about it for Nathan. The defense behind him has sucked to be nice, but it looks like father time has caught up to him. Meanwhile, Joba has pitched very very well lately.
So, what's your take; Nathan done?

Had Nathan, Lincebum, and Haren happen last night on my Auction team.
Good night, Gracie!

Good night, Gracie!

Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

Wow that sucks. I'm sure it felt like: well, there goes this year. I mean as soon as I get a day with some good pitching results the very next day I get relievers giving up 5 ER in 1 inning and starters hammered. Speaking of Nathan, he really wasn't shelled or anything either. He allowed only one run on his own, and then subsequent relievers gave up the rest but charged to him. Gotta love that! He's getting pathetic defense behind him too in many games. Outfielders letting easy flies drop in front of them instead of diving, etc. It's a defense that is tough to watch.
