Well in that case, sign me up. I categorically deny that I am a member of any Iluminati.

Your denial points more to you being Illuminati than not. And after a fairly short search of signups I see you're on the Diamond Auction list. This confirms you're in the 1 percent. That's going to keep you off the No Pros signup sheet, for now.

It did give me an idea which I'd like to run past the other guys who enter this league. What about a 14v1 format for these leagues? It seems likely that part of the appeal of a No Pros league is not having to face several sharks while drafting. But what about signing up 14 No Pros and then have the group vote on the 1 Pro they would like to draft against? Or they may vote to keep the pro out and wait for a 15th No Pro.

It's just an idea for now. I'll discuss it with the 14 named signups when we get to that point.

Stay tuned.

DHz, do you actually go back and read your posts or do you really care what you say or accuse anybody of? Just curious... :)

The point is at the top of your head. Translation: Bill is trying to say you're annoying idiot.

Really? They must live in your neighborhood. I do have my haters, but you have taken it to a whole other level in your demented and sad need of personal approval and acceptance by people in this community. At least have something to say when you say it as opposed to just throwing shit out there on every thread possible just to try to be part of the "in crowd". And if it's one thing I know it's humor, and virtually nothing that you write or post is funny, no matter how hard you try. You either have it or you don't...and you don't. So have your fun, but stay the hell out of ours, please. I don't want to see any comments from you on any of my threads or in response to anything that I write. There are plenty of other people to annoy with your "shtick", but I no longer will be one of them. I hope I have made myself crystal clear.

I'm assuming this is being run as a standalone DC, because if you're suggesting a cupcake only league to be entered into the overall DC contest I think you will have about 850 objections.

Apparently you are going to require more convincing. So be it. And yet another moronic comment in a vain attempt to be silly.

I don't think you quite get the concept of the national fantasy baseball championship.

It is about beating the best players in the game ... It is not about grouping together a bunch of novices to see who is best from the low A-ball division. If you want that I suggest yahoo or CBS's contest. This is the best of the best and if you can't take it find a kiddy playground that suits your skill level. There are no freebies in the NFBC ... You need to earn it here.

And this coming from someone who haunts these boards like they're all you have in life. You are certainly a case study, Chris. I assure you, I'm quite sober. My suggestion would be that you give up trying to match wits with me because it will end badly for you. So I will now let you crawl back under whatever Canadian rock from which you emerged. Like I said, you have your "fun", but stay out of mine. I hope I have made myself clear now for a second time.

An even dumber idea than the original. Just when i think you've reached the summit you top yourself yet again. And just to be clear .. I want no part of this league. I guess sarcasm hasn't made it to your neck of the woods yet.

If you crave an exclusive league I will put together an exclusive "beat the crap out of Deadheadz" league of legitimate players ... And you.

And at a little after 3:00 a.m. EST, the tag team of Duke and MTM proves fatal to Deadheadz.

So open it up. I said I would do this thinking the only criteria was it was open first to those who weren't in the first two (which is the exact criteria of the last one and seems legitimate). I am interested in the fast/slow format and am willing to take money from pros or cupcakes :)

Dorian makes a good point. It wasn't my idea to make these fast slows exclusive (it was MTM) but these guys will all have to live with the rules they agreed to.

Ineligible List
1. Mike Massotto
2. Marc Perlmutter
3. KJ Duke
4. Roy Ericson
5. Michael Edelman
6. Andy Saxton
7. George Kleemann
8. Ryan Welch
9. Roger Martin
10. Richard Van Fleet
11. Jon Stadtmueller
12. Jeff Kent
13. Bryan Vogel
14. Dave Taylor
15. Mark Winokur
16) Dan Kenyon
17) Bill Cleavenger
18) Joe Anthony
19) Dan Semsel
20) Mike Mager
21) Eric Albright
22) Emory Upchurch
23) Robert Zidonik
24) Shawn Childs
25) George Kleeman
26) Ante Meich

To address the concern that there are only "cupcakes" signing up for this league, we will open it up to guys not on the ineligible list. Zola, Lowy, etc are welcome to add your names.
