i will be sending a note out monday about that and other auction room tips/protocols..but no the 7 rounds reserve we will handle in the rt sports chat room after the 23 rounds of auction...will take 30 minutes...i will keep track manually and your rosters will be loaded the next day. This is how we have done the other faab drafts too. point is to get it all done in one night.

not really a clock......i just type persons name when its their turn and they type their pick in......its somewhat rapid fire...but about a minute would be the max.

everyone needs to sign up under $125 DC auction(private) on NFBC for this league. Please do so today. you will not be charged. This is just a step in getting the league set up on nfbc so tomorrows results can be entered in.

Got stuck chasing SS and ended up with about my last choice. Also decided to punt saves during draft as the guys I wanted I couldnt afford. I like my SP.....and my offense is solid but maybe need a little speed.

Here's my team. I think it's OK. I really wanted McCutcheon but he went higher than I planned to spend. Stanton was my Plan B and he also went for more than I wanted to pay so at that point my plan was pretty shot. I got Miggy for $36 and after that my plan was to team Harper with one of the following (Braun, Kemp or Upton) and then target Fielder for the low $20s. Braun went for more than I wanted but I got Upton for $24 which I liked.

Then the whole night pretty much stopped for me.

After seeing what Braun and Upton went for, I thought for sure Kemp would go close to $30. Figured that was a slam dunk. So I wanted to get some people to spend and nominated him for $25.

Crickets.

I ended up getting Kemp for $25 which ultimately turned out to be a solid price but at the time ripped apart everything I was trying to do. So I threw out my cheat sheets, just ad-libbed the rest of the auction and here is what I put together. Since I'm not confident my SPs are top-level I decided to get three closers and hopefully win Saves.
