Hi, Guys:
Can't wait to get back into the NFBC in Vegas after a three-year absence. I have a question regarding the position eligibility for Josh Harrison. In 2014 he played 72 games at 3B, 52 in the OF, 17 at 2B and 8 at SS. Obviously he qualifies at 3B and OF, and not 2B or SS, but my question is: Does he qualify at MIF due to the fact that he played 25 games at middle infield?
Can't wait to see everyone in Vegas ..........
Josh Harrison Position Eligibility
Re: Josh Harrison Position Eligibility
No, he does not. To be a middle infielder, Harrison would have to qualify at 2B or SS.Attie wrote:Hi, Guys:

Re: Josh Harrison Position Eligibility
MI isn't a position, it is a slot in which 2b's and SS's can be placed.
Re: Josh Harrison Position Eligibility
Dan is right - just want to add that I play in a league where Harrison would be eligible at MI (and so does Greg
). It's a neat little twist that rarely comes into play but I make a note of the candidates figuring if I have one, there may be some that don't realize I can slide him into a CI or MI spot and they may make incorrect assumptions of what I need at the auction.
