The unedited version shows Rog slipping in MtM's name in after the first 14 were pulled. One side of the paper has his name, the other side says "needs help, give him 1 spot".

Awesome Stuff!!! Nothing i look forward to more in fantasy baseball than Mia pulling the names out of the hat. Feel privelaged to be a charter member of this league, and hope that Mia is pulling my name out of that hat annually for a long time to come. Gonna be a blast......now....back to figuring out who you guys will let slide to the #11 spot!

Reasons I LOVE this league:

1) MIA is awesome! Coolest video ever.

2) MtM is in league. You can fill in the rest.

3) I can show this video to my wife and boom....I get to be in more leagues!

You know what? This thread is a big part in why I love the NFBC.
A week ago, we had a guy that was so disruptive that Greg had to throw him off the Boards. He said some things that would never be said face to face (at least I hope not). He insulted, swore, and made life miserable for some of the most respected folks in the NFBC.

He was summarily dismissed by Principal Ambrosius.
And now, just a week later, hearts are being melted by a little girl who has become the NFBC's little girl.
Roger is a proud Papa.
The Fatherhood in all of us comes out.
And these Fathers never disappoint.
It is a part of the NFBC that outsiders do not understand.
That this is more than a place to get ROI.
More than a place to win more money. More than a place to gain respect in a hobby enjoyed by millions.
It is a community. A family.
And for those of you who really want to get the feel of this family, I encourage you to come to a 'Live Event'.
Even better than these Boards, going to a Live event is like a family reunion.
And better yet, this family WANTS to talk baseball.
What a wonderful place we have here.

A great way to start a league. I love humbling experiences. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of it. Like Doughy said, forget all the "stuff" we read last week, this is what it's all about. Family, kids, baseball...BTW, Mia, I love my #5 pick. GO CATS!!!
