But last year the guys agreed to give free entries to the 2007 NFBC main event to the top 2 or 3 guys, so that it was fair for everyone since this draft was held in December. I'll double check and post if all 15 guys agree to do the $250 side bet.

IMO a great deal no place else will you find a 3rd place finish that pays that out.

Has Eddie made it public knowledge yet as to who he is taking. I want to make sure Pujols will still be there at #2

Draft Order For NFBC Champions League
The original prize brakdown for last years champions draft was 1st place recieved $500 credit towards satellite league fees for the 2007 season and the draft results were published in the first edition of the 2006 Basebal Fantasy Magazine with a write up from Krause Pub.
This was the original deal but the league champions requested that Greg let us all pay $250 and the top three would get a free entry for the 2007 NFBC along with Greg's original offer. This made the draft, league moves and free agent picks really worth something along with the overall idea of trying to be the best of the defending league champions(we ended up in 5th place)
All NFBC main event rules applied to this league and Greg and Tom did email everyone a preliminary list of players(name only) ranking by position. I think we got it the day of the draft.
I hope this helps everyone and good luck.

Pick number 8 of this years champions draft
