Auction Software?

Post by Floyd » Mon Mar 16, 2015 10:25 pm

Hi Gents:

What do you think is the best auction software?

I've used custom spreadsheets for auctions in the past, but am looking for software for MAC that will track all the teams and ideally let me import my own stats/values.

1. Rotowire - Fast and efficient, easy to use. Best feature is the depth chart tab.
2. Fantistics - Too much data to sort through. Difficult to navigate, not worth the price they push it for.
3. Roto Champ - Slow web based interface. Not bad but takes too long to navigate during picks.
4. Roto Lab - This would be number 1 if they perfected the newly developed Mac version. Has it all!
5. Draft Buddy - FREE FREE FREE

I've tried all of the above but I caution it will slow you down during a draft/auction. Do not make a mistake in entering players, value etc because it will throw off your flow. Whatever software you choose I highly suggest you practice using it... a lot. Nothing beats the pen and the paper. Guess Im old school when it comes to that.
