MEETING TIME: Meet down by DaVinci Ballroom 4 in the Bellagio Convention Center. We'll have a banner down there and will take everyone upstairs starting at 4 pm PT and through 8 pm PT. Call my cell at 715-254-5553 or Tom's cell at 715-254-5559 if you need access to the room.
WHO: All NFBC Las Vegas members are invited to attend Free and to bring a guest if you'd like. We'll have some food and drink upstairs and we'll have the Thursday night college games on the big screen TV. Make your bets ahead of time!!
Okay, we have one of the Executive Penthouse Suites set aside just for our party. This one is a unique suite with a billiards table, couches, the bar, big screen TV and more. We will open this one up at 4 pm for all attendees, including those who are in the 6 pm auctions. This is in the Spa Tower and I'll post the room number once we have it. But this should be a blast.
At 6 pm PT we'll move some of you to a different Executive Penthouse Suite for KJ's debut NFBC All-Star Auction DC. We'll take you guys up there and the room will be all set up already. We are drafting in that boardroom, so since everyone is drafting solo this should fit nicely. It might be a bit of a tight fit, but we've done 14 teams in that room before in the NFFC and I'm sure this will work fine. The draft board will be on an HD TV and we'll have one set up in the living room as well.
At 6 pm PT we'll also have another Executive Penthouse Suite set up for the NFBC Auction Championship League. We know some of you will have partners, so we'll have to get a little creative with that room. We'll have an extra table in the doorway for teams and again the second screen will be in the living room. Both rooms will have food and drink as well.
I will have someone stationed downstairs to get everyone upstairs, so hopefully that won't be a problem. Come on over when you get to Las Vegas and kick the weekend off with a great setup for camaraderie, drinks and introductions. We look forward to seeing the new attendees at this kickoff party and of course even you old veterans are welcome!!
