Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

Heard tonight on Phillies broadcast that Dan Uggla is the highest paid player on the Atlanta payroll this year. Yet the Braves were willing to eat his money and also able to move Bad Upton. Yet RAJ is still sitting on Howard and Papelbon and hoping they somehow gain trade value.
