Andy Pettitte - 13 Wins...Over or Under
What does everyone think? I think elbow issues and "supplement" concerns will have a negative effect on Andy's return to NY. Here's a player I wouldn't touch before the 15th round...great offense or not!

I don't read too much into "supplement concerns" as it's too difficult to determine what's true and what's not and how that will affect him.
I am concerned about his elbow but not to the point where I would stay away from him.
Bottom line, if he gets 30 starts, mark him down for 15 or more wins. In his career, he's never had less than 14 wins when he gets 30 starts and pitching with an extra 2 runs of support every game helps.
I would put him down for 15 wins with a 4.20 e.r.a. with maybe 28 starts.
