FAAB "under the radar"

Post by Gekko » Sun Apr 26, 2015 4:48 pm

Tanner Roark - Scherzer is looking likely to miss at least his Tuesday start (and maybe his weekend start as well). Roak could line up as a two start SP this week. His opponents would be the Braves AND Mets!!! Possible 2 win week for a guy not getting any pub.

Addison Russell - Top 5 prospect in all of baseball with 4 rbi in his first week in the bigs. Qualifies at premium position (SS) and will be adding 2B eligibility by this time next week.

Horrible decision with Scherzer this week.

My gut says he won't start the weekend game either but to leave your first round pick on the bench with a potential game against the Mets... :?:

Either Matt Williams didn't get Gekko's suggestion here or he is in a league with him and wanted to punish him - A.J. Cole starting today for the Nationals in his major league debut..... and not even on the active roster so Washington will have to make a move in order to bring him up.

Gekko throws darts and hope they stick; the Roark post was nothing good fantasy players don't know.

I did not know this. I find this Gekko character's posts extremely insightful & helpful. Keep them coming, sir.

Thanks for jinxing this move Gekko. I had picked up Roark the week before this one anticipating a good stash. Now, not only did you cause him to not get the start today, he gets thrown into the game and gives up 3 earned.

Although, I must admit your FAAB columns are simply - - - - - "$$$$$" (the signs that were for once even missing).
