I don't know what the strategic ramifications will be or if the Blue Jays make the post-season or not. No matter.
They have to be commended for having a fantasy baseball outlook in getting players.
Tulo and Price?
Those are quality baseball players.
QUALITY.
None of this plugging a hole with Uribe and Clippard stuff for them!
Norris may come back and bite them in the ass like Syndergaard, but darn it, if anything the Blue Jays have the balls to put their prospects where their mouth is...or something like that. :D
At the least, they will see a lot more fannies in their seats. The old school way of paying for larger contracts.
On my tombstone-
Wait! I never had the perfect draft!

Now if only the Blue Jays could score some runs.... :?
Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

Watching Troy in the dome last night was amazing. I don't know or really care if these moves will amount to a playoff berth but you're right Dan, my kids and I will surely make it out to a few more games this year.
