Eric Sorensen Wins 2015 Draft Champions Title

CONGRATS to Eric Sorensen of St. Paul, Minnesota as he won the 2015 Draft Champions National Championship, beating a record field of 2,880 teams for the $27,500 grand prize. Eric has been a member of the NFBC each of the last three years, playing only the Draft Champions format. This year he took four teams and finished 1st in two DC leagues, 2nd in another DC league and 6th in a fourth league. Pretty impressive Eric.

This championship team was part of the Jan. 3rd Draft Champions League and he won the league title with 137 points (91.33% of available points). While he was battling for the overall title, he also had a fight on his hands for the league title as the second place team finished with 132 points. His other league title was one by a half-point as four teams were within two and a half points of the top spot. He finished with 25,846.0 points (89.74% of available points).
