I would just like to chime in and say that I too love the contest. The one thing I think would add more enjoyment for myself, and potentially for everyone would be to increase the max players from a single team from the start.

I believe that the predictive nature of fantasy baseball is the thrill. Essentially I get a 'high' from being right about a player/team. Being able to go all in on a team I think can win it all would be exciting to follow all postseason. It would also allow for big changes in the standings as the playoffs progress.

Would require a limit for the number of entries per owner

Agree with recent comments. Fun contest. I like idea of 10 max for WS as well. Rest seems to be working well.

Given that nothing can carry-over to the next round and the number of multiplier players coming in is limited anyway, could just dump the team limit altogether for the World Series round.

I don't like the idea of allowing more than 10 players max in the world series round. If you have played it just right so far, you have six Royals and six Mets going into the last round. Issue is what to do with the remaining four picks if you're in that good situation. If allow more than 10 max, not sure but possibly allow someone to take away that advantage.

It's still Alan Greenberg and Ken Norred at the top of the debut NFBC Post-Season Contest standings with the Royals up 2-0. Alan is happy with his standing in this contest, but not happy with his Mets in a two games to none hole. But this is a tight, tight race where anything can happen over the next week. Good luck to all.

Here's the current standings after two games of the World Series:

1 BK Mets 2 865.69 --

Obviously I am happy with my current positioning in this contest and hope I can maintain it, but anyone who knows me would confirm that if I had my choice of winning this contest or winning the world series, I would take the world series win in a second. Seeing Johnny Cueto shut down the Mets last night was awful. I really didn't notice that it helped my team, until after my head was in the toilet. That aside, its a great format and if there would be some way the Mets could come back and win the world series and I win the contest, then I would be thrilled. Not counting on it, at this point, after the degrom meltdown last night. Good luck to everyone except Yordano Ventura.
