The difference is these rosters have to be manually loaded and confirmed. I'm guessing with the increased scrutiny on all pay-for-play companies, only a select few employees have access to the admin. Further, these same employees have had to deal with some unfortunate distractions, thus had to prioritize.

This league has just been set up and will be ready to continue. Look for an email from Tom shortly. We also have the Jan. 31st online auction league ready to go. Again, look for an email from Tom very soon on that one as well.

Sure, we understand your impatience with us on this matter. Our setup was never set up for this format where we enter the first 23 rounds and then start up a draft. That being said, we are going to be able to do this much more quickly going forward. Best of luck during these next 27 rounds and look for Tom's emails.

not sure about 23rd....but last nights auction results were added and appears league is ready as soon as Tom resumes it(got all the 300 emails).

if same happened for the one on the 23rd......I can have Tom resume it but can someone email the league and tell everyone you are starting? (I cant because I am not a team owner I just admin'd.)

Thanks Greg, Tom, and IT for the lightning quick turnaround! We auctioned last night and are reserve round drafting today. I'm so giddy, I already got to pick AROID with the first pick  Agree with Andy that this should increase sign-ups for the auctions, which btw are fantastic due to the passion, persistence, and planning of Andy and Todd...

SAME PLAYER PICKED TWICE IN THIS LEAGUE

Guys

We have to be transparent about this. It's just lucky this is a private league and not a regular DC eligible for the overall prize.

Team Estes took Jabari Blash during the auction but at the time players were entered into the NFBC draft room Blash was not available and showed as a Place Holder OF.

By the time the rosters were entered and round 50 rolled around Blash had been added to the pool by STATS and since no one had submitted the place holders to Greg/Tom another manager Team Taylor took Blash as well.

Tom says Taylor needs to make a replacement pick ASAP so the roster will be legal.

Another team ChipChopChipA1 still has a place holder and the manager (James Maples) says it was an auto pick so he doesn't care that he has only 49 players. Knowing that Taylor gets to pick a replacement this late, it would probably be fair to let him pick too but it's not my call.

I'm just not sure about the integrity of the league in 6 months with one team still having Place Holder SS on their team but it's also important to point out these names/picks need to be submitted by their managers in a timely manner.

My own opinion is that any replacement pick made 6 weeks after the draft ends is an advantage over the rest of the league but I'm happy enough with my own roster that it likely won't affect me. Another manager might bitch in October if he misses out on the money by 1 roto point due to the replacement player(s) being this weeks hot undrafted sleeper.

As I said, we need to be transparent and hopefully there aren't any leagues where an overall DC prize is in play where managers haven't submitted their place holders to NFBC yet.

Hopefully I only need 49 players.
