We love it when our industry writers compete in the NFBC and put their knowledge to the test with the best fantasy players in the country. The Rotowire guys have never been shy about competing against our top players and we're happy to report that we have several of their writers competing once again in 2016.

The best of the lot from Rotowire last year was Chris Liss, who finished 2nd in his Las Vegas Main Event League behind eventual champion Glenn Schroter, and who finished 12th overall among 450 teams. Unfortunately for Chris, we pay the Top 11 teams overall, so he just missed on two good paydays. But Chris also won one "Beat Chris Liss" Rotowire Online Championship League and he finished second in the other "Beat Chris Liss" League. It was an incredible year for our man.

Now he's eager to jump back into the competition and he's already signed up for what we call the "Beat Chris Liss" Online Championship League. The date is Wednesday, Feb. 24th at 9 pm ET. You get to compete against Chris for the $1,400 league prize and the $100,000 grand prize, and if you finish ahead of Chris in the standings Rotowire will give you a free subscription to Rotowire.com. It's either 3 or 6 months, but whatever, just beating Chris and getting something for free is good enough, right? Chris said that only one person got that free sub last baseball season, so be forewarned.
