We are starting out on Thursday, so let's get rolling:
Thursday, March 31st 4 pm PT
We are going to kick this off with a FREE welcoming party in our suites at the Bellagio Las Vegas. Come to the Spa Towers by 4 pm PT and we'll let everyone upstairs. Eat before you come, but we'll provide the drinks, the munchies and the camaraderie from 4-9 pm PT. We have a great setup and it should be a lot of fun and a great way for everyone to match names with faces. Please join us.
The Spa Towers are located here: If you come in through the front lobby go toward the floor garden and stay left. Take that hall all the way to the end and you'll see a sign for the Spa Towers. Wait at the base of those towers and we'll be down at 4:00. If you go to the Convention Center through the casino or from the other guest elevators, walk all the way to the end of the Convention Center, past the Business Center, past the Wedding Chapel. Take a left after the Grand Ballrooms and we are down by the gift shop, to the left. That's the very long way, so I don't recommend it.
Thursday, March 31st, 5 pm PT
The Las Vegas Main Event will be held in one of our private suites: 6-601. We will use the boardroom and will have a second screen outside that room for anyone who wants to spread out in the living room. Plenty of space, but we'll get creative to make sure everyone's co-managers have space, too. Let's get down there a little early to make sure everyone is settled in.
Thursday, March 31st, 6 pm PT
I have no idea why I didn't start this at 5 pm as well. Anyway, this one is going to be held in the Bellagio Executive Boardroom in the Convention Center on the other side of the building. This is down by the Business Center. We used this room last year and it's the one with like a 30-foot board table. Brady Tinker will be your auctioneer and we can start early if everyone wants to. Get down there early and we can roll. Definitely don't be late. Again, if you come in through the casino this one is past the shops on the right hand side.
Thursday, March 31st 9 pm PT - Bidding For Platinum draft spots in Spa Towers, 6-601. Be downstairs by 8:30 pm or email me at [email protected] to get you. But let's do this right at 9 pm PT and get done in 15 minutes or so. Easy.
Friday, April 1st, 10 am PT
This is the last day of the National Auto Dealers Convention which has every inch of ballroom space Wednesday-Friday morning. As a result, we are again spread out and in the Executive Penthouse suites. Here we go:
NL Auction 10 am PT - Spa Towers, 6-601. Be downstairs by 9:30 and we'll get settled in.
$750 Online Championship Plus 10 am PT - Spa Towers, 5-501. Be downstairs by 9:30 and we'll get settled in.
$1300 Auction Championship, 10 am PT - Executive Boardroom, next to the Business Center. Be early and let's go.
$750 OC Plus 1 pm PT - Spa Towers, 5-501. Be downstairs by 12:30 if you're not in the first one and we'll get settled in.
AL Auction 4 pm PT - Spa Towers, 6-601. Be downstairs by 3:30 if you're not in the first one and we'll get going.
$1300 Auction Championship 4 pm PT - Grand Ballroom 7. This is just past the Wedding Chapel on the right.
$1500 OC Plus 4 pm PT - Grand Ballroom 9. This is just past the Wedding Chapel on the right.
Saturday, April 2nd
10 am - Main Event in Grand Ballrooms 6,7,5,9. Past the Wedding Chapel in the Bellagio Convention Center on the right hand side. Beautiful setup for these 6 leagues. This is going to look great.
4 pm PT - Super League in Spa Towers, 6-601
5 pm PT - Ultimate Auction League in Grand 9
6 pm PT - Platinum League in Grand 7
Sunday, April 3rd
10 am PT - Diamond Draft in Grand 7
10 am PT - $1300 Auction Championship in Grand 9
4 pm PT - Diamond Auction in Grand 9
