It's Cinco De Mayo, so break out the Corona, the Jose Cuervo and the mamasitas!

Ole!

Tomorrow is "revenge of the 6th" aka The Hispanic Hangover.
.

More errors like Reuben Tejada just made will mean he's out of a job when Jhonny Peralta gets back into the Cards' lineup.
Diaz is too hot to demote and Gyorko will ride the pine.

Chase Anderson does not seem to be a major league pitcher ... and I'd be surprised if he still is by next week.

Gausman and Tanaka putting on a show.
Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

Well, Rondon can sit down again, another non-save situation...un-friggin' real.

Meanwhile the 5'6" little man has another HR and a ho-hum 4-4 night & continues to dominate the sport with nary a peep from the national media. Currently sits at .330/27 R/9 HR/19 RBI/10 SB. 30 HR/40 SB anyone?

Just going to post this!
If we draft again today does he go #1? Right now my team with him and Kershaw is looking good but it's early it could all come crashing down!

.

Gregerson shat the bed, but only after Giles gave up 2 ER earlier.

Astros are wasting Altuve's MVP performance this season.

I have Kimbrel to go along with Rondon in one league...Red Sox get 2 in the 9th to go up 4...another non-save for one of my closers!

EDIT: Only the 8th, still have a chance for the White Sox to get a run. :)

Seventeen runs in 5 innings for the Rockies AT Giants.

The only starter without a RBI is CarGo. Figures.

No. Altuve's HR/F this year: 28%. His career HR/F? 6%

He's hitting the ball with more authority and a sliver of this is real improvement but he's way over his head with the HRs right now. Not a diss on Altuve but he's not number 1.
