Eric Gagne made 37 throws from a mound without incident on Monday.

This guy was the bomb before getting hurt. If he is healthy, he will be the BEST value play of the year. He can outright dominate.

Your right. As in big sleep. Gone. See ya. Graveyard. He doesn't pitch in LA anymore and the comeback will be ugly.

I may regret this come Tuesday morning...but geez...Greg and Tom have given full endorsement and free range to GG this year due to his perceived value to the activity on the message boards...I say it's a bad move.

I look at what is offered so far...coupled with his track record of posts and cringe to think THAT is who they want to be most closely associated with in such an event as the NFBC.

I see a desperate attempt to keep the boards active...when I believe they would be active naturally.

"Greg and Tom have given full endorsement???" where/when did they do this? lance, are you really this dumb? seriously. it's like saying that Greg/Tom are making a bad move by being associated with you...a drunk and a gambler. just when the industry wants to distance itself from gambling, in rides lance on his drunken horse.

now take your crap elsewhere lance. we all know you are jealous of me. thanks.

[/QUOTE]Boys, boys, boys. Now settle down. I endorse and love all my little kids in the family. You all have your faults, but I love ya just the same! :D

Tom and Greg don't endorse anyone and we know when to delete certain posts that hurt the contest. But if you want me to act like another high-stakes commissioner on the boards Lance I can. I just don't think it's a good way to run a business.

Now carry on and play nicely on the playground today while I'm off with my daughter. Be good everyone.

I hear ya greg.

I feel that I'm a valuable MB contributor.

1) Gekko Jeopardy has been one of the best additions to the MB. There are a lot of thought-provoking responses from many posters, including newbies.

2) I routinely post player blurbs to help my fellow owners craft their cheatsheets.

3) I have provided numerous opinions as part of the Content Panel. Btw, I have a creative and new idea about how to present some of this info. It can even be used in the NFFC.

When I get attacked by someone whose mostly known for:

A) making druken posts and then apologizing the next day

B) making dumb bets (holliday)

I would like a chance to defend myself. That's all.

Enjoy the day off

Enjoy the day off You don't need to justify your message board existence and be defensive, GG. People recognize your positive contributions. Just hold back on the snideness and cut downs.

Gagne - over/under 25 saves...

As a Dodger fan, I will take the over for 2 reasons...

1. He was outright dominating. From what I have heard, he has lost a couple miles on his fast ball...will rely more on change up...much like Trevor Hoffman...fastball still in low 90's...

2. Quite simple, he left LA and when Saito begins to get hit and Broxton is still walking a high number of batters, fans will wish they had Gagne still...just the way it always is

Hoffman pitches in San Diego where he can get away with it. Gagne will get bombed in Texas early and they'll rush Otsuka back in there. They didn't wait for Francisco to turn it around. They won't wait for Gagne.

I guess I hit a nerve through that paper bag shell of self confidence you have, GG...a whole morning full of great NFBC representation...here are a few of your recent posts from today that add much to the boards...

"this coming from a perpetual drunk. ya, good one lance. pour your next drink. gulp, gulp

"Greg and Tom have given full endorsement???" where/when did they do this? lance, are you really this dumb? seriously. it's like saying that Greg/Tom are making a bad move by being associated with you...a drunk and a gambler. just when the industry wants to distance itself from gambling, in rides lance on his drunken horse.

why are you reading, thinking about, and then commenting on rotoworld blurbs on these MB's?

btw, you must use rotoworld for help. YOU ARE THE JOKE!!! mmmuuhahahahahahaha!!!

now lance, try to get sober soon. being a perpetual drunk has turned you into a MB clown

Because I can and you can't do a thing about it. See how the world works. "

Sounds like a 7 year old girl to me.

Go back to your paper route job...something many do as they work their way through college. How long did it take to learn all you needed to know in that line of work? 2, 3 days tops? I can see you stopping along your route to check a message board with your portable do-dad.

I'm REAL jealous. (ha!)

It's cool Greg having to be PC, NFBC being his baby and all.....but what Sportsbetting said, although not PC...was dead on accurate. Limited conversation is better than white noise..in fact white noise is one of our torture techniques at places like GITMO

...And now back to the purpose of this thread...Gagne.

Does anyone think that gagne will be healthy? If so, can he go back to being a dominating force or will he be the equivalent of lance's nfbc/nffc trackrecord...non-existant? Btw, I have a morning paper route and my day job is water delivery (large.bottles)

Did I read somewhere that Gekko was a Content Panelist for the NFBC this year?

If not, these posts are nothing new to the forum, thus I have no porblems with this annual event...and it's not like you know anything about basbeall anyway.
