High Stakes Fantasy Advantage Podcast Is Live!

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Mon Aug 14, 2017 7:25 am

You've listened to the High Stakes Fantasy Advantage on SiriusXM Fantasy Sports Radio for the last five and a half years, so now it's time to listen to us more regularly. Our debut High Stakes Fantasy Advantage podcast aired this weekend and you can hear it here:

The team has expanded for the podcasts to include myself, Tom Kessenich and Darik Buchar. Darik is the third member of the NFFC, NFBC and NFBKC team and many of you will meet him at the live drafts in New York City and Las Vegas. He's the one in the shades if you look at our cover album!!

Okay, so when deciding on the intro music for our podcast, we obviously wanted to feature the High Stakes aspect of our show. So the natural thought was to go with Money from Pink Floyd. But Tom suggested "For the Love of Money" from the O'Jays. Then when we looked at the album cover for that hit and saw the three singers it became a natural to just add our three good looking faces. Whatta think? Aren't we handsome?

We will do all of the sports on our regular podcast, but obviously right now it will be football heavy. We will tape these each weekday morning and have them posted on iTunes by early afternoon. We'll send out the link and you can Follow us as well to receive the latest podcasts. We'll start out with the three of us giving the latest draft results, the latest ADPs, the latest injury news and our opinions, but soon we'll include interviews with some of our top players. We're still learning the functionality of the technology, but we'll get it down soon.

Our debut podcast was taped Friday morning before the Ezekiel Elliott trade and the Sammy Watkins trade, but we had to learn how to post it, edit it and more. We've got it down pat now, so enjoy the debut podcast with Tom unleashing his inner self and look for the Zeke and Sammy updates later today on the next podcast. We're rolling now with these.

Thanks all and feel free to post your thoughts, criticisms, advice, censorship advice and more here!! Thanks.

Great to hear Greg.

Down the road I hope it's made available through iTunes so it will auto download to our mobile devices as soon as it's published. That way we can listen wherever, whenever.

Our second podcast was posted yesterday afternoon and deals with the ADPs of recently suspended Dallas RB Ezekiel Elliott and the trade of Sammy Watkins. We also give mention to Clark Olson as he tries to become the first owner to win the NFBC Main Event and the NFFC Primetime. Clark won the 2016 NFFC Primetime and that $150,000 grand prize in 2016 and will be back in Las Vegas to defend that honor.

We'll try to post these every early afternoon during the week and will eventually get it on iTunes. Thanks.

The same link is used for each show, just scroll down to the bottom to find the episode:

Our podcast is now on iTunes. Enjoy the latest show as we talk about the rising players after this weekend's pre-season games. They include Dalvin Cook, Christian McCaffrey, Todd Gurley, Kareem Hunt and even Cooper Kupp. Yes, Cooper Kupp. Enjoy.
