Okay, we finally have our room block for the NFBC Las Vegas live events at the Mirage. We have a limited number of rooms each day set aside for us at this point, so book your rooms ASAP because you're not going to find a better deal in Las Vegas for March 23-26.

This is going to be one of the busiest weekends of the year in Las Vegas as Taylor Swift is playing at Allegiant Stadium on Friday and Saturday night, while T Mobile Arena will be hosting three Sweet Sixteen NCAA games that same weekend. Hotel rates are high everywhere on the Strip, so if you want to stay at our host hotel AND at a good rate please secure your rooms NOW!!

You do NOT have to stay at the Mirage to compete in our Las Vegas live events. If you have better arrangements, that's great. But this is a great price and all of our events will be in the Grand Ballroom of the Mirage Convention Center. We also are going to host the Friday Night Midnight Madness party/draft in a special restaurant/bar on the casino floor that should be EPIC!!! You'll easily be able to stumble back to your rooms after that one!!

Join us for our 20th anniversary drafts and auctions in Las Vegas at the beautiful Mirage and stay there with us. But take my advice and book your travel plans early and your rooms even earlier. Prices will just go up and up and up the closer we get to March.

I just checked in with the Mirage and we already have over 160 room nights booked for our NFBC Weekend March 23-27. We have reserved less than 300 total room nights, so don't delay if you plan on coming to the Las Vegas live events. Our room block is affordable and available right now.

We have close to 40 rooms reserved already on Friday and Saturday, which is more than half of the rooms we requested for those nights. My goal is that they will keep rooms available through February 15th even if we go over our room block, but you never know. They are discounted for us and there's no guarantee that we'll have more after we reach our goal.

Okay, I heard from the Mirage yesterday and we have topped our goal of room nights at the Mirage for our group. All of the rooms that we requested to hold for our event have been reserved and in fact we've gone above that total.

The Mirage will allow reservations under our room block through February 15th at the discounted rate that they have offered us, but don't wait much longer to secure your rooms. There's no guarantee going forward that they will have rooms available for us, so book NOW if you know you're coming to Las Vegas. Again, this is an extremely busy weekend in Las Vegas and it will be near impossible to find affordable rooms on The Strip last minute.

Congrats to everyone who planned ahead and got their rooms booked in Las Vegas early. This is going to be a crazy busy weekend in Las Vegas with the two Taylor Swift concerts at Allegiant Stadium and the NCAA Sweet Sixteen round of games at T Mobile Arena.

We have already exceeded our room block by 50 rooms, so a LOT of people will be staying at our host hotel. That makes it fun as you'll be bumping into NFBC folks down by the sportsbook or sports bars around the sportsbook or even at the restaurants. This should be a lot of fun.

Our room block is good through February 15th and thankfully the Mirage is honoring our room block prices even though we've exceeded our room total. Get in soon if you want to compete in March and stay at the Mirage because after February 15th the prices will go up and availability could be tough. Thanks all and enjoy.

Here's your LAST CHANCE to secure a room at the Mirage Las Vegas at our discounted room prices. We far exceeded our room block and the Mirage took our discounted code off Registration over the weekend.

However, I made a call yesterday and asked them to keep it up for at least another week and they agreed. Rooms are very limited at the Mirage for March 23-27, so if you plan on coming to Las Vegas PLEASE secure your rooms shortly. Las Vegas is going to be wild that weekend and finding a better deal somewhere else is not going to be easy.

We already have more than 100 unique NFBC members staying at the Mirage, which is FANTASTIC. We have filled over 300 room nights, which means that wherever you go in the Mirage that weekend you're likely to bump into an NFBC member. Around the huge Mirage sportsbook are restaurants and small bars, so it's going to be a fantastic venue to hang out with fellow NFBC members before and after drafts/auctions. Can't wait.

Okay, I talked with the Mirage today and they are out of available rooms at the discounted rate for March 23rd to 26th. You can still try today, but the rooms won't be available much longer if at all. It's a busy weekend and we went beyond the number of rooms they had set aside for us.

Okay, there's good news and there's bad news involving the Mirage for our NFBC draft dates.

The Good News: We far exceeded our room block and have close to 130 unique NFBC individuals staying at the Mirage. That's damn cool. I think you'll have a chance to bump into an NFBC player somewhere throughout the hotel, likely around the sportsbook and sports bars around that area. It's great to have so many people staying at our host hotel and I think this is going to be a lot of fun.

The Bad News: Our room block has now ended, but you can still get rooms through our room block code. It looks like available rooms have gone up slightly in price, but the code is still working. If you still need to secure a room at the Mirage, do so now because they are going to sell out for that weekend pretty soon. My sales rep said there are limited rooms left at the Mirage for that weekend.
