Whatever the case, it's been a long winter and we need Pitchers & Catchers to report to spring training right now so that we can see what baseball and warm weather looks like again!!As long as the winter has been, it's good to know that in just a little more than three weeks we'll be revving up the 2025 NFBC Main Event Online leagues. Last year we filled 57 leagues over 16 days, so this year we are expanding the schedule slightly. The first NFBC Main Event Online league will be held on Saturday, March 8th at 8 pm ET, giving us 20 days this year to sell out all 56 leagues and 840 spots.
If we can do that, we'll have SOLD OUT the Main Event for the 21st straight year. We failed to sell out in 2004 -- we finished with 195 teams when prizes were based on 300 teams -- but last year we sold out with 855 teams, marking our 20th straight year as a sellout for the Main Event.
So please plan ahead and secure your teams when you can. We already have 466 teams signed up and ready to go and once these early Main Event Online leagues sell out, we are going to close them out. Get in, fill 'em up, shut them down and move onto the next available day. That's the plan.
First up: Saturday, March 8th Main Event Online League at 8 pm ET. NOW 9 SPOTS LEFT!!!
We'll offer at least one Main Event Online League every day after that through Thursday morning, March 27th. If the leagues fill early, draft spots will be announced exactly five days before the scheduled start date and time of the draft. If it sells out within five days of the draft date and time, draft spots will be announced within the hour of the league selling out. Always set your KDS preferences after you sign up and expect KDS preferences to lock shortly after the league is created.
Also, ADPs for the Main Event will appear after THREE leagues have finished. That is the case for the Main Event and all NFBC contests. Also, we will post full Main Event draft boards on our Discord channel and on Twitter so that all NFBC participants have access to the same information.

The two Main Event leagues in New Jersey on Saturday, March 15th are both SOLD OUT. Las Vegas Main Event leagues start on Wednesday, March 19th and continue through Tuesday, March 25th at Park MGM. We are already working on our 7th Main Event League in Las Vegas on Saturday, March 22nd at 11 am PT. We have room for only eight leagues that day, so please get in soon if you want to draft with everyone at that time. Thanks all.
