Can someone explain to me why Corriea is eligible for pickup

This is from Tampa League 2. The Tab/Link that says "Pick up Player" doesn't show after cutting and pasting

How can Correia be eligible for pickup if he wasn't Drafted??

Why would he NOT be eligible for pickup?

If he's on a major league roster and not owned by any other team, he'd be eligible to be picked up.

Why would you consider him not eligible?

Hey "Bird from the Ashes"!!

I thought I might get a few other reponse than yours.

Like since Corriea was not drafted, he wouldn't wouldn't have been eligible for pickup the first week if didn't make the opening day roster, but was when he got called up, then wasn't when he got sent down, provided he wasn't pickedup and then dropped, in which case he would be eligible unless he was on the bereavement list when the pair of alligators who raised him (similar to Romulus and Remus) where harvested by poachers for a luggage maker in a sad day for Reptilian Rights advocates.

But since he was returned to the Minors after the services he was ineligble for FAAB until he was brought up again, which had obviously occured as evidenced by his eligibilty this week just passed.

Kevin, are we talking about the same Corriea? He has been on San Fran all year. It looks like you were going down the slippery slope there, but it took a turn for the dark road with alligator skin. Is everything alright over there? I noticed you were shooting a few blanks.....on your last few posts.
