Site slow again?

Post by DOUGHBOYS » Sun Aug 05, 2007 11:49 am

Do we have extra time, Tom? I'd rather input them than send 5 different leagues changes by e-mail to Greg. Thanks for the help.

I'm still waiting to hear from Greg. He's having dinner with his family. Once I hear from him I'll let everyone know. It can't hurt to e-mail him just to be safe, though.

How can people e-mail their bids if they are having problems seeing the free agents available.

STATS has the problem identified and FAAB will be open for another hour until 8 p.m. EST. There may be some site repair but bidding will be available. E-mail your bids to Greg at greg@[email protected] if you can't access the site.

so please explain to me why we are getting an extension this week and were not allowed one last week? same problem.... obtw GG here is what you said last Sunday when some of us were blocked out of the transaction site for the last 30 mins. "It was slow for me , but was still able to get bids in. guess it pays not to wait until the last hour or two to enter bids."

Since the common sense questions seem to get overlooked....

For those who are never on the MB's, how are they supposed to know there's an extension or that they can e-mail their bids?

I'm sure these owners just gave up and are fuming right now.

For those who aren't able to even access the free agents, how can they send an e-mail with their bids without knowing who is available?

Just my thoughts, considering a lot of owners will fall into the above categories.

I have 2 teams that I did not get finished placing free agent bids although I started 4 + hours ago.....the site will now no longer allow me to make bids, past the deadline, and the only free agent list I got to look at in the last 30 minutes showed the stars of the league as free agents that I could "place bid" on.

Lets just hope STATS doesn't process the bids! I don't have much faith that they will get this fixed.

I've been waiting to hear back from STATS. I'm still here. The bids will not be processed until after the extension. You should be able to make your bids and the extension runs through 8 p.m. EST. Again, our apologies for all of this.
