Stats error?

I could be wrong about this, but when I logged in this morning and looked at how my league's standings had changed, I felt like they didn't reflect last night's results. So, I went to Team Stats and looked up "yesterday" and it was blank. I think stats may have made an error entering yesterday's results. Has anyone else noticed this?

Stats are loaded for NYL ultimate leage 2 but the standings seem squirrely to me. To cite one example, team Poopy Tooth saw a 1.5 gain in wins after getting 1 win last night. They are currently tied with Highlanders with 58 wins, next highest team has 56 wins. How is a 1.5 gain possible in wins? Science is baffled.

I am very concerned now.....my ratio stats accurately changed from yesterday, but all of my counting stats have dropped! The standings in the league reflect this and it is all WRONG. with this kind of $ on the line they better get their act together over at Stats.

I had a WHIP from Bedard last night of .783 plus micro WHIPs from from CJ Wilson and J. Accardo. I still managed to DROP 2 points in WHIP this morning. One team who passed me had a WHIP of 1.43 from Javier Vazquez and 2.0 from Joe Blanton last night.

I have Brett Myers on my mid-season $250 team. He's been in my lineup for 2 weeks (that includes this week). During that time he's pitched 5 2/3 IP with 2 SAVES. When I check Fantasy YTD under stats they have him down for 3 2/3 IP and 1 save.

What's going with STATS lately?

Just checked stats. Now league stats for NFBC3 are changed, BUT overall does not match the league.

Are this weeks total stats not included? I have had Jason Lane for just this week on my main event team. When I check Fantasy YTD STATS his name doesn't even show up.

STATS has had a rough couple of weeks. I really hope tomorrow's bidding runs smooth.

I've had a few e-mails about last night's stats running correctly, so I've asked STATS to double check everything. I'm not sure what happened, but I'll give a progress report when I get one from STATS and if they need to re-run last night to get this correct they will. Sorry.

Now about tomorrow's FAAB bids....... :rolleyes:

STATS is re-running the overall standings now, so look for an update there in an hour or so. The stats for last night's games ran late and were finished a few hours ago, but somehow the overall standings weren't updated with last night's results. STATS is re-running those now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Greg, just so you know, I printed out the stats for my league yesterday and the stats that showed up this morning were not those, they were actually lower in totals in some cases and the ratios were actually somehow accurate. So it was not just a matter of running last nights games, the stats were just plain wrong, I don't even know how they arrived where they did. Based on whats been happening over the last 2 weeks with Stats, I think they should look into why these things are happening because there has to be an underlying reason for it.

I found the same thing- I mean come on there is a lot of money on the line this info has to be correct.

When I first checked overall stats at 4:00 a.m. it looked like the overall stats from 2-3 days prior.

When it updated again at 8:00 a.m. I gained 1 1/2 points in homers even though I didn't hit a homer that day.

Still looks screwy.

I have forwarded this info to STATS. I'll stay in touch with them and make sure this is double and triple checked. We obviously can't have a single at-bat incorrect, so I'll stay on top of this. We will be re-running the standings from last night again in the next hour. I'll let you know when they've been re-run, but the problem from last night has been found. Sorry again and good luck with tonight's games.

This mourning the total numbers look like they havnt changed from the day before, but the overall stats look good. Still would like to know where im at, maybe not , cant get a win.

Sorry for the delay this morning, but we had to re-run Friday's results last night and then we ran Saturday's results after that. The results should be done for every league, but a few league standings are still processing as of right now. They should be done shortly. We will be caught up then from this weekend's glitch and hopefully this won't happen again.

Now onto the Sunday night FAAB bidding....

Maybe stats should replace that 1957 IBM mainframe.
