Reporters, Jim Mora Sr. and Dennis Green, caught up with Gordon Gekko Wednesday morning and asked him a few questions about the fantasy baseball season. The full transcript is below.



JM: How would you characterize your team’s performance the last few weeks?



GG: Let me start out saying this: Do NOT blame our recent lackluster performance on the upcoming fantasy football season, OK? I don't care where you play, whether it's a basement league, yahoo league, espn league, much less an NFBC league, when you hit 6 homeruns in a week...you ain't gonna beat anybody. I don't know who the hell we think we are when we do something like that. Last week was a disgraceful performance...We gave it away. We gave away the frigging 100K. In my opinion, that sucked.



JM: Speaking of the 100K, what do you think your chances are?



GG: 100K? Don't talk about the 100K. Are you kidding me? 100K? I'm just hoping we can hit more than 6 homeruns in a week.



JM: With over 6 weeks left in the fantasy baseball season, there is still time to right the ship, correct?



GG: Listen, we can’t do diddly-poo offensively or pitching-wise. We can’t hit a homer. We can’t get a win. We didn't try to get a win. I can’t remember the last time we got a win. We suck. These last few weeks have been a horseshitt performance. Horseshitt. I'm totally embarrassed, and I'm totally ashamed. We’ve been getting our asses kicked, not only our players, but also our coaches.



DG: Do you think TOWNIES will win the 100K?



GG: TOWNIES are who we thought they were. We’ve played against them for 19 weeks now. TOWNIES are who we thought they were. (GG hits microphone). Now if you wanna crown 'em, then crown their asses! BUT THEY ARE WHO WE THOUGHT THEY WERE!!!! AND WE LET EM OFF THE HOOK!!!!



With that, Gordon Gekko stormed off while mumbling something about Jack Cust.
