Las Vegas: Don't Wait To Book Travel

I hate to sound like an overbearing mother, but I want to remind all of those NFBC folks who are planning to come to Las Vegas this year to book your rooms early and to get your flights now if possible. The weekend of March 14-16 contains the nation's largest construction trade conference -- ConExpo -- and Las Vegas will be CRAZY. Airlines are already scheduling less flights this year to destinations and prices will only go up as we get closer to March, while many hotels are already booked in Las Vegas that weekend by this group.



We have an excellent group rate at the Flamingo, but it's only good through early February. Book it now as you can always cancel the room later if you have to. But it will be hard to find a better rate than this one and the Flamingo is on a busy area of the strip, with Caesar's right across the street. Here's the info for the Flamingo if you need it:

Plan ahead. Get your travel taken care of first and feel free to sign up for the NFBC events later if needed. I just don't want anyone being left out because they waited too long to get a reasonable flight or hotel room.
