Any news on when last year's winners will receive their form 1099-MISC for tax purposes?

I'm not sure when we got them last year, but I would think you would have them soon. If you are filing electronicly, you really don't need the form. You can input your winnings and get the Kraus tax ID number from Greg. I'm sure I have the info somewhere if you don't get it a couple of days.

Greg,

Any update on when we should get it? Or can you provide the Krause TIN so that we can complete our taxes?

Thanks

Thanks I would assume they were mailed out on Jan. 31st. Give it a few days and if you don't receive them, let me know. But I would doubt we'd be late doing this as we have to comply with the government like everyone else and the 31st is the latest you can mail them out.

I think that mailing them out by the 31 isn't really required. The only true requirement is that Krause must mail the 1096/1099s to the IRS by February 29th. Actually the same is true with W3/W2s. It's just that people plan and expect to get them by January 31st.
