Ron - As someone who probably will never be able to attend a live NFBC draft but would love to observe one, do you have any plans to videotape the main event and perhaps put it on Youtube for all of those interested to watch? I think it would be of interest to a lot of people.

We don't have plans to videotape any of the locations as we've done a terrible job of filming the NFBC in any capacity through the years. We're always so busy running each city that taking pictures isn't always a second thought. It shouldn't be and we should just hire that job out. If anyone is good at making Youtube videos and wants to volunteer their services I'll consider the offer. Maybe we can figure out a form of compensation that makes sense for everyone.

Our company is slow to expand to this area, but we obviously should be planning for this. Anyone who wants to help can post here as we're so technologically challenged right now we don't even have e-mail. Thanks.

Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

I'll set the camera down when it's my turn to pick.

Greg, I'll bring my camera to Vegas this year and put together something similar for the NFBC (is my compensation stock-piling?).

Is your e-mail still down...how are you gonna work on the NFFC Dynasty League with no e-mail!? ;) The natives are restless. :D
I'll keep my competition to the baseball diamond! Gekko, your vids keep improving, so I expect big things from NY.

What I want to know is by doing a video, won't that take some of your focus away from the draft?
The two of you are hired. I'll work on the compensation. Getting something from New York and Las Vegas will be all we'll need. Our staff will take the still photos in each city. This should be fun.

Never heard someone say that they are winning drafts now before we ven have a draft slot let alone having even drafted. I am new here so pardon me if I insult with my ignorance, but how many league titles have you won again? How many overall titles have you won? I really don't know so please enlighten then maybe I will put more weight into these posts.
Good point. Leagues can be won from any drafting position.

Every draft I do, I have the mind-set that I am going to win. Of course, that sometimes changes AFTER the draft! ;)
