Final Plans For Las Vegas

Okay, this marks the third year we've drafted at the Flamingo for either football or baseball, so a lot of NFBC vets know where to go. But here's directions if you're a first-timer at the Flamingo.

The sportsbook and casino is on the second floor. Past the sportsbook is a hallway. Take a left towards the Convention Center. Then take the escalator up one floor when you see a sign for the Convention Center (it's on the right hand side just before the gift shop).

At the top of the escalator, take a left and walk down the hall, past the business center and towards the Sunset Ballroom.

On Friday, we are in the same conference rooms that we were in for football.

Laughlin I, II, III Reno I and II

On Saturday, we are in the Sunset Ballroom, all the way at the end of the walkway.

Saturday night for the Super, we are back in the Laughlin room.

Sunday for the Ultimates we have Laughlin I, II, III and Reno I.

Good luck all and have a safe trip. Drinks at the sportsbook on Thursday night if you come in early and want to meet some of the old gang. See ya there.

Greg,

If it would help, I can bring a printer that can connect to your laptop. We have four of them in our rental inventory.

Sweatshirt....check.

Weather forecast for Las Vegas is 80 and sunny today and tomorrow, so Lance you better hit the pool tomorrow. Friday is 71 and sunny and then the weekend a cold front hits the entire West and temperatures will be 20 degrees below normal. Highs of 63 on Saturday and 56 on Sunday. Good thing we'll all be inside drafting and gambling those days!!!

Have safe travels everyone and I'll see my folks in Las Vegas soon enough.

Do you guys know if there is parking available and if there is a charge for parking in Orlando if you do not stay in the hotel? Thanks.

I'd imagine that the hotel, being a Holiday Inn, probably doesn't charge for parking. I hope not at least.

Even in the fancy casino's in Vegas...you can usually drive right up to the guys who want to park your car, tell them you are checking in, but would prefer "self parking"...and he will point you to the area to park...FREE!
