LAST CHANCE SATELLITE LEAGUE!!

Are you feeling the draft day blues?

Did you “F-up” your draft?

Did you make some “panic picks”?

Did you try and wait on some of your “breakout” players due to the ADP list, but they were snatched up before your pick?

Did you draft players that are now hurt or will miss time (Granderson, Lackey, Kazmir, Smoltz, Liriano, etc…)

We’ll I talked with Greg and told him that I thought there was enough interest on the MB to fill up one last league. He told me to go ahead and start a thread and see who wanted in! So here goes…

This is your LAST chance to participate in THE FINAL satellite draft before the season starts!!!! If you’d like to draft with the most complete information available prior to the season beginning, this draft is for you!

Here are the details…

Draft Date/Time: Saturday, March 29 at 11am EST.

Cost: $250 per person

Prizes: Pay top three

If everyone is prepared, the draft should be done by 2pm!

If you are interested, please post on this thread and include your real name. If we get 15 people by noon tomorrow, the league is a go. Due to time constraints, we’ll use a random draft order, as pulled by Tom Kessenich!

Stats for Week 0 (this week) will count, and you’ll be able to email greg your week 0 lineup prior to Sunday’s game. If you don’t email it prior to Sunday’s game, your first 14 hitters (factoring in position eligibility) and 9 pitchers will be used for Week 0.

Okay, I'm all for this if we can get 15 interested owners. We'll just need to allow STATS to set your starting lineup for Week 0 and hopefully get your lineups set in time for Week 1. But I'm game.

If you can't fill it at $250, we can run a $125 Top 3, but we'd need to fill either one by tomorrow afternoon to get this done as Tom and I may not be in all day. We need our rest from this past month.

I would love to join Mark, just to go head-to-head with you, knowing you won't be jumping me on Rickie Weeks or Carlos Zambrano. But I am at capacity, and another lge of FAAB on Sundays could be detrimental in my quest to earn $150k this season.

The weekend will be nirvana: baseball draft on saturday. NCAA games on saturday and sunday. MLB Baseball begins sunday night!!!

oh how i am tempted to call out sick to work on saturday so that i can compete against the magnificent GG!

but alas my brother was just out here visiting me in sunny tucson (where we went to a ballgame almost every day) and i don't have the time to take off. hope y'all get it filled, i'm sure you will. and yer rt GG, this will be a great weekend!
