One of us in each league owns him. Nineteen of us started him (including me), but since his first week he has gotten us exactly one run and he is 0-10 in his last three games....

How long are you, my Ben Broussard Brethren, going to stick with him? My patience is running out fast!
Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

Washington is hitting him 9th vs. right handers, not a good sign.

Gekko where are you on this one? ... should Ben be dropped yet, he's stinking up the place, going 1-16 after a couple nice games. And batting 9th. Is he worth a roster spot - would anyone in their right mind keep him in the lineup?
I do remember, here are my best so far ...

Zambrano 3.20/1.07

Wolf 1.42/0.89

Olsen 0.00/0.71

Kuo 2.25/1.25

... looks like I do have 4! And maybe 6 later in the year after Pedro and CC get healthy/ straightened out :D

Now if Kuo could only pitch 5 innings!!!!

ERA:

excl/CC = 3.78

excl/CC and Joe = 3.15.

excl/CC, Joe and Pedro = 2.86

excl/CC, Joe and Pedro and Pena = 2.61

So yes, I'm pleased in that I don't expect these 4 pitchers who I think combined will have a sub-4.00 ERA to continue at their 11.48 pace over the course of the season. ;)
No, he is not (and hopefully I never posted he was), but I was high on him going into the season. I thought he could hit 20-25 HR with a decent BA. He is a streaky hitter, so maybe he will come around. I am not necessarily thinking of cutting him, but the bench is getting closer and closer if he does not have a good weekend.
