Congratulations to Sal Cariola, whose Goombas team in New York League 1 led the way in the NFBC last week with 3,501.5 points.

Vladimir Guerrero (.421-3-6), Paul Konerko (4 HRs/7 RBIs), Chris Davis (.438) and Pat Burrell (.385-1-5) led the way offensively. C.C. Sabathia and Mike Mussina combined for four wins while Fernando Rodney and Trevor Hoffman combined for five saves to lead his pitching staff.
