MLBC Salaries

Talk about a competitive league, the owners are finding reasons why their average time for draft picks is higher than it should be.

My partner Fudd i've known for 8 years. I talk to him more in the 8 days of this draft than the 8 years I've known him. I really try to listen to him and get inside his head, find out what makes Fudd tick. I'm more confused now than I've ever been.

Kevin if you can win this league and have a great baseball season with your invention of this league you're in the NFBC HALL OF FAME.

Please do not pull the "it was the very first year, and nobody knew what to expect" clause when the Gillis/Turbes train rolls through town!!!

Best Bulletin Board I have read for a league draft.

Some of the things we learned from these boards:

There is Andy LaRoche, Andruw Jones, and Andrew Miller. But the sweetest of the "Andies" would be Andie McDowell covered with Andes Mints.

Never perform Posadamy.

KJ is short for Karlos Jimenez

Fantasy fishing yes, fantasy porn no.

Eddie was quite an athlete, still can be if he stays away from Wi.

Cryan

An old man's decathlon is doable. Horseshoes, Horse, Ping Pong, Bowling, Miniature Golf, Pinball, WI, others.

Great Boards. I almost entered the other one just to be in on the fun. Good luck to that League, especially to the newbies, it'll be a kick.

Wells That's nice Bobby thanks ...Projection schmojection. You don't win leagues on projections my friend. Being a big winner I thought you knew that. :D
[/QUOTE]I kinda like his projections - I've got the only shot at a double-barrelled win. :D

Though the probable outcome could be that I just miss on both sides. :(

Karlos Jimenez , I missed the breakdown of prizes after payroll was determined.

Also, are you guys on pace to break eight days?

Have the two drafts been comparable?

Karlos  can give exact $$ totals but I think that the /5 league would have outspent the /10 league had the salaries/costs been equal.

Some very unique/unusual strategies were employed for the /5.

Thanks Emory.

Looks like you guys are right on pace.

Must have been slim pickings in the 31st round.
