Steve:

I had the #2 pick in LV 10. I started with Hanley Ramirez after the first team took Albert Pujols.

In the second round, overall pick # 29, Evan Longoria nearly reached me. However, I took a shot with Arod in that spot. After the turn, much to my surprise. Matt Holliday was still on the board.

Hanley - Arod - Holliday. I was happy with my start.

thanks steve..yeah I feel like my outfield is loaded in this kind of format and my infield is better than it usually is...so thats progress..not bragging...just talking about my slow progress over the years...lol.... OF are Holliday, Bay, Ludwick, F Lewis, C Gomez, Drew and Headley.....I figured Drew and Headley will be an average ins policy in case one of the first 3 get hurt.....its tough to get power guys off waivers with all this roids stuff..at least power guys that bat above 240....:)

C4 - I believe Aroid went 3.4.

yep I feel like headley is capable of a 20-10 year with like 70 runs and 80 ribbies..thats not bad in the 20th round....also if you compare Ludwick and Ryan Brauns numbers from last year they are surprisingly similar......just 6 rounds later....I dont see the falloff for ludwick everyone is saying but jmo...best of luck to you man...

Ya, I was the one who took AROD at 3.4 in Chicago 4... really didn't want to, but looks like I got him later than anyone else.. couldn't pass it up!

In New York, he went:

League 1 - 42

League 2 - 19

League 3 - 16

League 4 - 19

League 5 - 21

League 6 - 24

League 7 - 21

LV/NYC - 8

Two of these kind of stand out, no?

WOW... 42... even later than I got him... and yeah, at 8 he's a HUGE risk... that's really shocking.... they say you can't win a league with your first round pick, but you CAN lose it...

It's not like there are regular season Cubs or White Sox games to see.

I'm just rooting for Vegas or NY who draw the most leagues to win this event this year...your little clan has won it twice in a row...thus...you are public enemy number one! :D :D :D
