Question for the Vegas Players

Post by poopy tooth » Sat Apr 11, 2009 5:15 pm

I see Blanco has hit 2 HR...what would his odds be? What kind of odds would Vegas pay on that? 10,000 to 1?

I am sure NL only league owners with Blanco are happy tonight!

Question for the Vegas Players

Post by DOUGHBOYS » Sun Apr 12, 2009 2:34 am

A year or two ago, I was listening to a game on XM, I can't remember the teams. They had a promotion wherein they pick a listeners name and then pick the name out of the hometown lineup and announced that if that player hits for the cycle. the listener would win $10,000. A lame promotion, those odds had to be astronomical.

Given Napoli's temporary backup role due to recovering from an injury, when was the last time two backup catchers hit two home runs on the same day?
On my tombstone-
Wait! I never had the perfect draft!
