According to New York Post and Rotoworld:
Red Sox slugger David Ortiz warned Joba Chamberlain through a group of reporters Wednesday night to keep the ball over the plate this weekend.
If this is true, Ortiz needs to get plunked. I am against beanball wars and Joba and Youkilis have had a strange history, but a hitter can not dictate such terms to a pitcher.

HMMMM, sounds like you fell into the NY papers trap. Since the Post's question was about Joba's (lack of) accuracy. Ortiz only responded with, "Just play the game the way its supposed to be played". No news here.
It seems the presses in NY are working overtime. Stories about whether Murphy and Gardner can stand the pressure of playing in NY  , Yankee Stadium home run records falling  , and now trying to spice up the upcoming Yankee-RedSox series with this non-story.

On my tombstone-
Wait! I never had the perfect draft!

If Joba takes the bait and spices this up by nailing Ortiz or Youkilis, I'm quite sure the Yankees Captain isn't going to want and dig in on Saturday afternoon when ole Josh takes the ball.
