Anyone looking to get famous?!? Hahahaha!!
Many of you have asked or were wondering when the next installment on blogtalkradio of Gordon Gekko, The Great White Fantasy Shark, is going to air. That’s a good question. Some of you know my wife and I are expecting. And, unfortunately, we’ve experienced some complications the past two weeks. A lot of my free time has been redirected. Although those complications are currently kept at bay and the threat of future complications remain (and may be inevitable according to our dr), I can’t wait any longer to move forward …
Yours truly, Gordon Gekko, is seeking an individual to fill the position of co-host of my soon-to-be weekly Fantasy Baseball blogtalkradio show. The gig will run from now till early October. The show will run Sunday evenings from 8pm – 8.30pm EST.
A brief look of what I’m looking for in a co-host:
Skill Set
Dependable – Must be present for weekly shows
Passion – Must love to play fantasy baseball
Baseball knowledge – Should be able to chime in on various issues. For example, “what do you think of lesser know players (David Huff, etc…)”, “how do you tackle the FAAB pool every week”, “who were your top FAAB targets this week”, “what is your approach for draft day”, “Buy or Sell this player and why”, etc…
While there is no compensation for this gig, there’s no telling where this will lead. Maybe nowhere. Maybe somewhere. But, I do know this. Three years ago, I was at a crossroads in my fantasy baseball career. After a couple “okay” years, I was really to the point of, throwing in the towel or changing my approach. Fortunately, I decided to change my approach beginning with adding more time to the equation. Demonstrated and Consistent Success has been a natural byproduct of simply adding time to the recipe!
We’ll, I’ve been kicking around the idea of getting some kind of gig started in the fantasy baseball arena for a while now. That time has come. I’m ready to add time to this endeavor.
So if you are interested in co-hosting or have questions, please post here or PM me. Thanks everyone!

Like I said, I was going to post that. I had 3 Gekko Industries staffers on standby ready to review resumes and proceed with follow-up interviews. However, that process is unnecessary now.
I am thrilled to announce the forming of a partnership of sorts. After hours of contract negotiations lasting well into the wee hours of the night, I decided to make a last minute concession to include part of my new co-host’s MB moniker in the title of the Show.
It’s with great pleasure I announce my new co-host, Glenn Schroter.

And the title of the Show?
“GEKKO AND THE KING”

I admit, it has a vErY nice ring to it.
More details as the week goes on…
