Nyjer Morgan's conversation with Pittsburgh management:
Pittsburgh Management: Nyjer, you've been traded. While we loved having you.....
Nyjer Morgan: What? Thats what I'm talkin' about! I am finally out of this perennially cellar dwelling, used to losing, classless organization that wouldn't know winning if it played against my Mama's book reading club!....Who am I traded to?
Pittsburgh Management (Trying to contain the laughter): Washington! MUHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Ouch I picked up Willie Harris in a couple of leagues and started him this week. Looks like Morgan takes over his spot and will leadoff.

Try tellin' everybody but woah no, that little little Willie won't go home.
Honestly, he should still be in the lineup, probably 2b.

If butchers have a convention of union members this year. The venue should be left field at Citi Park in New York.

Nice - picked up Milledge for a buck last week on the possibility the rumors were true - my offense needs help in every category - anyone care to speculate on what we might see from Milledge the rest of the way???

Good question. About the only thing you can say about this year is that he beat out Wily Mo Pena. He was pretty much lost as a lead-off man, was luke-warm in the minors after his demotion, and has just started rehab from the broken finger surgery. His best year was certainly last year with the 14 HR and 24 SB, but I do not thing the Pirates are going to give him any more R/RBI chances than the Nats did. Prone to K's, which makes him a BA risk.
I was kind of high on him earlier, but now? Worth a buck definitely, but not sure he has the pieces to put it together.

Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.
