NFBC Christmas Special For 2nd Weekend Three-Pack!

Okay, we know you've been patiently waiting for us to finalize all of our event contracts and provide all of the details for each event. And we know it's taken longer than we expected, but we believe we have everything in place (Friday at Citi is looking better) so we can now make a special three-pack offer for a limited time.

Our Christmas Special will be available tonight on the Registration page for anyone who is planning to do a three-pack during the second weekend in Las Vegas, New York and Chicago. As you all know by now, we have $100 Events Fees in New York and Las Vegas and a $50 Events Fee in Chicago because we are providing food and drinks at those drafts that cost as much as we are charging. The space at those locations are higher than at any other location we've ever hosted the NFBC at, but we want the NFBC draft experience to be like nothing you've ever experienced before in fantasy sports.

Our Christmas Special includes:

-- NFBC Classic Entry ($1300)

-- NFBC Double Play ($500)

-- NFBC Auction Championship ($800)

Awesome Kenny. Tell the CDM game to jump in if they are planning to do the three-pack. Glad to hear the family is coming!!!

Also, we obviously aren't hitting credit cards until Feb. 15th at the earliest and that applies to this deal, too. In fact, we're going to have another special announcement involving payment very soon. We may give you a very good reason to pay by check or money order this year, so stay tuned on that announcement.

Jason DuPonte of Waltham, Massachusetts is the first one to take advantage of the Christmas Special. He couldn't resist, even though he told me he was going to cut back on his leagues this year before seeing this!! Nice.

Just click on any of the VIP tickets in the center of the page and when you go to sign up there is a pulldown on the signup page that says Christmas Special. Click on that and just pick your times that you want to draft and we'll be good to go. Thanks all.

I love this event. I really do. I typically only do the main event, but the whole event has been a class act from day one in 2004 and hasn't slowed down a bit. I have met a lot of good people and many have become friend. But there comes a time when you have to realize that you haven't been successful...and I haven't.

A wise man knows when he is out of his league, when to take his losses, and when to fold them and go home. So there is really only one thing for someone like me to do.

Triple up. I am in for all three.

If there is a 7pm start, as listed on the intial mailing, I'd prefer to draft at the later time. Thanks.

Any chance that you (or/and Fanball) can offer a 2-pack special for early sign ups before January 1st for the Classic Entry and Double Play?? I figure it can't hurt to ask... maybe not as good of a discount as the three-pack but some type of discount nonetheless?? It can't hurt to ask. Thanks, Greg.

Yes, I think our times are off on the REgistration page compared to the advertised times on the site. The times on the site are correct. I'll work with the group next week to correct the times on the registration page. But you did the right thing by signing up for the three-pack and I can adjust the times with you and anyone else later. Yes, I was planning on offering a Double Play at 7 p.m. at the Bellagio, allowing folks who did the main event enough time to get dinner, relax and come back for another big draft. I'll get the offerings right on the registration page, but just sign up before we get to 30 packages and we'll adjust during a phone call next week. Thanks Kenny.

Oh, one more thing: I don't think the site is asking for a credit card right now. We'll get that set up in the next week or two and you can easily add that information through your team page then. So don't panic if you don't get asked for that info. We'll get that info in the system before Feb. 15th, okay?

Also, don't panic if you can't find your 2009 results on your team pages from the NFBC. STATS is sending all of that to Fanball and six years of data is an awful lot to transfer. We were told this could take two more weeks to finish. But have no fear, all of that data will be available to you soon. We are waiting for STATS to finish this for us and then we should be good to go. Thanks for your patience through all of these transfers.
