Eddie Gillis with the rail - lookout!

Jim Ferrari - now that they have outlawed DOG racing in Mass, Childs is rumored to be heading West once again.

Spartacus, my sleeper pick in 2010.

Hey Shawn - people are willing to pay the big bucks for the results to this draft on the street Im told. Gekko is floating some cash for that guy drafting out of the # 11 spot.

Jules - show them how it is done!

All it would take is $350 to enter. For me, it's pretty easy. I'm using the magaizne script!

It can be said, but we all know the truth, he is what he is, Bob is one of the best.

Your too kind Dan, but lets leave it as best mailman in the state ;) And Shawn, are you certain that the KDS wasn't set up by order of finish from last year

Looking forward to it everyone and by the way Jules, I've been meaning to mention to you how much I enjoyed Inglourious Basterds (feel free to pass that along). The close up scene of Melanie Laurant was so 'Norma Desmond'. I loved it! You wanna trade drafting positions? You can get a close up of Shawn :D

[/QUOTE]Wow, Bob, great reference to 'Norma Desmond', you are spot on! I'm impressed. I'm drafting next to Dan in the slow draft, I don't think I'd like drafting next to Shawn also...they both have me pegged and nothing gets by them.

Bob:

I was trying to sneak you in as a value play, but the boys ( and gal ) know how to sniff out a winner when they see one.

I'm also quite sure you are aware I'd never sell your prowess short. Good luck against this A one crew.

Okay, big shots, how did this draft go last night? Doesn't anyone want to showcase the first round or two or their teams in full?? C'mon, inquiring minds want to know. Did anyone have fun last night? Sheesh, awful quiet for a snowy winter day. Let's hear some talk from this group.

Sheesh, awful quiet for a snowy winter day. Let's hear some talk from this group. First, I forgot how long baseball drafts were, compared to football! Still had fun, great group to draft against. I already have my first player to get rid of when free agency comes around, I picked too quick and stuck myself with someone I already know is gonna be waiver wire fodder, luckily the player I meant to pick was there when it got back to me. I learned a lot too, like, I'm no fan this year of the back of the draft!

I don't mind posting my first few picks, because I can just feel I won't get pick 15 in the upcoming Slow Draft (case of Corona coming for your man cave frig Greg, wink, wink).
